    • 我不记得我什么时候学的这个…和it's something so little, but I try to be mindful of this...when eating and you kinda take that "deepish breath," that's when you should stop eating and it's a sign that your stomach's full(even if our mind and instincts want to still devour more of whatever good we're eating!). Just a little tip??
